Here is a collection of ideas on how to use Buck Naked Farm’s jams to build tasty recipes in no time.  Basically, jam as a recipe hack.  No shame in short cuts when flavors are this good!  We will keep updating with new recipes & new jams as they are added.  Feel free to share your ideas in the comments:

Apple Pie Jam

  • Serve with farmhouse cheddar on crackers
  • Fill mini tart shells & top with sliced almond
  • Serve warm over vanilla ice cream
  • Bake inside crescent dough for mini pies
  • Stir into warm oatmeal with walnuts

Autumn Fig Jam

  • Serve with goat cheese & fresh thyme alongside pita chips
  • Thin with balsamic vinegar for a rich salad dressing
  • Glaze grilled or baked pork chops

  • Swirl into Greek yogurt with granola for breakfast

Carrot Cake Marmalade

  • Serve with cream cheese over bagels for a carrot cake breakfast

  • Flavor cupcake frosting as a mix-in

Vanilla Rhubarb Jam

  • Top toasted cinnamon swirl bread
  • Serve with baked brie & crackers with almonds
  • Baste to dress up roast pork loin
  • Serve atop pound cake with berries & whipped cream
  • Spread across multigrain pancakes
