Chile Honey Popcorn
1cup whole kernel popcorn
4 tbsp coconut oil or butter
pinch of salt
Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil in microwave on medium for 30 seconds. Stir in honey & set aside.
Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil in a large covered pot. Add popcorn and shake to coat. Shake often as it heats until popping slows to 1-2/sec. Drizzle with honey/oil blend. Salt to taste.
